This is an attractive Investigator Research Project Manager job vacancy at a global biotechnology innovator specialising in disease areas which have unmet medical needs. This exciting new position will be based at their Uxbridge site. The company have many commercial products and an excellent pipeline of drug candidates in development. With a rich history of innovation and exponential growth plans they are looking to expand their Clinical team with a Investigator Research Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

* Leading and coordinating various projects in the investigator research team to improve current processes while fostering innovation and collaboration.
* Digital platforms experience is not a requirement but at least some project management experience
* Coordinate projects to be implemented within the medical department.
* Prepare strategies to ensure projects are completed within the appropriate timelines.
* Conduct training sessions for the rollout of new systems within the department and maintain the necessary records and documentation.
* Liaise with regional teams to drive the expansion of digital platforms.
* Together with working groups, coordinate Investigator Research meetings to enhance collaboration in key areas of research.
* Ensure content is regularly updated on digital platforms through database maintenance and periodic quality testing.
* Assist with cross functional projects as they arise and provide input from a medical standpoint.
* Share best practice for newly developed processes and initiatives across company affiliates.
* Work with developers and agencies to implement new platform features while ensuring any upgrades meet compliance requirements and industry standards.
* Provide input into regular internal technology and innovation committee meetings.
* Communicate strategic planning and project updates to leadership teams.
* Process change controls and develop work practices for new systems.
