CRM Manager

CRM Manager / Digital Loyalty Marketing Manager / Customer Retention Strategy Manager is needed by a leading entertainment brand to encourage new and existing customers in store and ultimately increase in-store purchasing.

The CRM Manager / Digital Loyalty Marketing Manager / Customer Retention Strategy Manager will be responsible for incentive campaigns to increase footfall and loyalty across multichannel, prioritising digital.

The CRM Manager / Digital Loyalty Marketing Manager / Customer Retention Strategy Manager will:
*Have ownership of the new CRM strategy from concept to implementation
*Increase footfall and in-store spend through CRM campaigns
*Assess ROI of campaigns and implement changes accordingly
*Develop the customer journey and increase loyalty
*Be hands on in developing campaigns
*Ultimately increase revenue through new-customer and existing loyalty campaigns

CRM Manager / Digital Loyalty Marketing Manager / Customer Retention Strategy Manager must:
*Have proven experience working with new CRM strategy implementation
*Be hands-on with CRM working across strategy and delivery
*Be comfortable with analytics, have good abilities with reporting on ROI insight and be able to make data-driven decisions
*Have excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
*Ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent or have a marketing qualification
*Ideally be able to use Salesforce or similar CRM systems
