This company is a fast growing technology company in the securityindustry that manufactures and supplies an impressive range ofelectronic access control solutions and software. They sell their solutions to a network of trade partners both in UK andoverseas markets who in turn install the products in a wide range ofapplications including; Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Airports, Ports,factories, offices etc. Their Solutions have their own software andhardware is installed in windows environments with MS Access/SQL used asa database. They are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to handle bothclient software/hardware support queries as well as their in House ITsupport requirements on a full time basis. About You: The successful candidate will have at least some previous experience ofIT support roles. Excellent oral and written communication skills areessential, as is the ability to communicate effectively within aclose-knit working environment. Applicants must be able to demonstrateconfidence in dealing with complex technical support requests and showan ability to solve any issues quickly and efficiently. Essential skills: Applicants must have an understanding of MySQL, HTML, Networking.Understanding of electronics is a big advantage.
