The Role

As Account Director, your key responsibilities will be as follows;

- Account team leadership
- Strategic account development
- Ultimate responsibility for account and financial performance
- New business activities
- Client relationship management

The Successful Candidate

Minimum Experience;

- 7 years' experience in a Medical Communications environment within a pharmaceutical company or communications agency
- Experience of financial performance accountability
- Extensive client relationship management experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of strategic planning and long-term account development processes
- Team management experience
- High level of communication and writing skills
