Reporting directly into the Talent Marketing & Insight Director, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing integrated sourcing campaigns for the client. Working very closely with client's senior stakeholders, your role will be varied and exciting while pushing the boundaries and offering the client consistently challenging and innovative sourcing methods.

The main objectives of the role:

Deliver integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to support client's sourcing needsFormulate direct recruitment strategy for the clientConduct regular internal analysis and external research to inform integrated campaigns (this may include candidate insight, media stats or the insights from the employer brand)Present monthly insights & case studies back to the businessYour profile:
