We are looking for Solution Architects with MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) experience - come join the team!

Responsibilities: The primary duties of the role is solution architecture and technical design authority responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, undertaken by combined Cognizant onsite/ offshore delivery team.

  • Architect high quality solution to meet customers functional, non- functional and regulatory requirements
  • Overall technical design authority with responsibility for signing off technical deliverables
  • Share responsibility with project workstream leads for the delivery of high quality implementation that meets customer and Cognizant expectations of quality, time and cost
Business development
  • Supporting the MS CRM UK Competency Lead and Offshore Centre of Excellence Lead in defining vertical and horizontal MS CRM offerings
  • Working with the offshore centre of excellence to develop these offers
  • Consulting with and reviewing offers with vertical teams
  • Supporting pre-sales activity to close new business.
  • Supporting proposal efforts
  • Billability – meeting billability targets. Personal: 90%
  • MS Dynamics 365 (CRM) Solution Architecture and technical design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experienced with Agile implementation methodology
  • Solid experience leading the analysis, design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • for Tier 1 customers
