Public Practice Recruitment Ltd are currently seeking a determined and focused Audit Manager ACCA/ACA Qualified with a minimum of two years’ post qualified experience working in a public practice firm. The role is a managerial position supervising the workflow and output for a team of 10. There is further scope to progress to Senior Audit manager in the medium term.

This Audit Manager job based in Warwickshire would suit an Audit Manager looking for a decent work/life balance and more strategic involvement. The successful Audit Manager will be working with a pro-active accountancy firm with high growth clients, including complex structures and corporate entities with turnovers ranging from £4m to circa £50m.

The perfect Audit Manager will need to be able to demonstrate exceptional client management skills and be comfortable in working closely with Business Services. Strong Audit experience is imperative in this candidate as they will be fully managing the day to day Audit work and reporting in to the relevant Partner/RI.

 The main responsibilities for the Audit Manger Job in Warwickshire include:

  • Leading the planning and completion of large complex audits
  • Undertaking both pre-and post-audit meetings
  • Managing a team of accountants including; Audit Juniors, Audit Semi Seniors and Audit Seniors
  • Overseeing and managing the workflow for a team of 10 staff
  • Working closely with the Audit partner to effectively manage audits recoveries

This Audit Manager job based in Warwickshire would suit an experienced Audit Senior looking for a new and exciting opportunity.

The perfect candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within a busy accountancy practice in a managerial role. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with clients at all levels, along with a strong desire to exceed service expectations.
