We are now looking to recruit a diligent and organised individual for the position of Senior Quality Assurance Officer (Operations), within our Quality Assurance Unit (QAU). As a Senior Quality Assurance Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of different tasks including:

- Assist the QAU Manager (Operations) as required, including preparation of routine reports, leading, coaching and supporting other members of the team and working with other departments to ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements.
- Preparing, documenting and filing batch documentation to support the batch certification activities.
- Handling of documentation in the change controls, deviations and CAPA processes.
- Liaising with Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMO's) to receive the necessary batch documentation and related records.
- Organising EU Import Testing and liaising with the Laboratory accordingly.
- Maintaining master files for Products, Manufacturers and Laboratories, including master batch manufacturing and packing records, specifications, analytical and microbiological methods.
- Preparation and maintenance of supply chain diagrams and annual product quality review reports

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the Pharmaceutical industry
- A working knowledge and practical experience with Document Control, Change Controls and Deviations
- Relevant degree in a life science discipline
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organisational and time management skills
- Good reasoning and a deductive capability
