A start-up biopharmaceutical company in Hertfordshire are looking for a clinical project manager with experience and ready to take a senior position with their company. You will be building your team to start their first trial in Oncology over the next few months with scope to progress alongside the programme.

We have an opportunity for a Clinical Project manager to work in a company from its early stages. You will be working directly with directors and professors.

Due to the early stages of the company you will be expected to hold a variety of duties and be flexible within your skill set. This is your chance to build your own team needed to manage this project and an opportunity to grow as a research professional.

Key responsibilities

- Take leadership over the project and manage its progression
- Review protocols, case report forms, monitoring plans, presentations and more.
- Work closely at a scientific level with physicians and scientists
- Build relationships with Vendors and sites
- Protocol approval

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

- BSc, BA or RN equivalent in a biological or science related field
- Lead experience within clinical research is urgent
- Extensive knowledge of the trial process within an Oncology
- Start-up/early phase experience
- Budget management
- Data management experience with good knowledge of ICH-GCP.

This is a full-time office based role, but will have flexibility. Salary expected to be £55,000 - £65,000 + bonuses + benefits
