Product ownership for market-leading clinical systems provider Product Manager - Clinical Systems Salary: circa 80,000 - 85,000 + Benefits London / Berkshire / Home-Based Who We Are: As part of one of the World's largest supplier to the healthcare industry, we provide systems and services to the NHS and private healthcare institutions. Your New Role: Your role is pivotal to our continued success. Utilising your market and solutions insight, you will work closely with both internal teams and GP specialists to define and direct the development of market-leading solutions and services. With market insight on both existing issues as well as market trends and future opportunity potential, you will develop and champion a robust strategy - the roadmap - that will allow us to lead from the front, reach those goals and providing solutions that Primary Care will genuinely and uniquely benefit from. By providing the necessary roadmap and definitions, including policy and process enhancements, you will oversee the development and delivery of your products. You will ensure that it maintains its position at the forefront of the clinical systems market and oversee that all system, marketing, regulatory, clinical and legal tools and policies are defined and adhered to. Due to the nature of our business and client environments, it is anticipated that regular business meetings will be required within England and overnight accommodation maybe required and provided. The role is of the highest strategic importance to our successes and you will need to command and present a level of gravitas to the medical profession. Your ability to meet GP's and practice managers an a level par will ensure that your proposals, guidance and drive will be quickly recognised. What You'll Need: As the successful candidate you will demonstrate solid and demonstrable experience within a clinical environment, with clear understandings of the Primary Care services and regulatory needs within NHS England. This will be coupled with experience in the development of IT solutions and services that enhance the clinical industry. Your background will include an easily recognisable medical certification, be that nursing, practitioner or institutional, and will be coupled with a breadth of commercial acumen, ideally formed within private healthcare provision. You will have highly regarded insight into future trends and needs within the NHS and be comfortable in prioritising and translating this insight into a practical, ambitious yet deliverable roadmap. You will possess an enthusiastic yet measured persona, able to motivate and inspire your work-colleagues with your vision and drive to provide the finest solutions the market has at its disposal.
