Job Summary

Creation of all website product descriptions

Main Responsibilities:

Manage the production, editing and publishing of all product descriptions on the Carpetright website

Create product descriptions that accurately describe product features and USP’s in a compelling and on brand format

Liaise with commercial team to source and create accurate product information

Assist with the management of product data and taxonomy

Assist with the management of product upload roadmap to ensure new products are launched in line with seasonal product critical path and trading calendar

Assist with the implementation of all marketing content including evergreen marketing content, blog content, email newsletters, marketing images / photography and videos

Liaise with relevant teams to ensure that product content is up to date, accurate, on brand and SEO optimised

Key Tasks:

Product content – creation / optimisation of product data

Product content – creation of static web pages / content

Product content – management of DIS tool

Product content – co-ordination of website photography

Product management – uploading / maintenance of product catalogue

Product optimisation – recommendations management
