Editorial Assistant

I'm looking for aneditorial assistant experienced in either Veeva, and/or Zincin Central London who will be responsible for providing editorial support for account/s and project management to ensure editorial quality control for a wide breadth of med comms materials, including publications and abstracts; congress and e-learning materials; leaflets, white papers and slide kits of a high level of scientific complexity. In addition to editing/proofreading, the role may involve a substantial amount of editing, formatting, fact checking against supplied source material, and verifying reference citations.

Requirements of the role are:

- Strong medical editing/proofreading/formatting skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A practical understanding of copyright legislation
- Excellent ability to communicate with team colleagues
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and Zinc
- Eligibility to work in the UK

Ideally, candidates will be able to demonstrate relevant experience within a medical/pharmaceutical agency environment and will ideally posses a degree (or preferably higher)in a life sciences subject. Experience with publications is highly desirable. This role would suit someone with at least 1 year+ of experience looking to progress in their career.
