An outstanding opportunity within a world renowned pharmaceutical organisation. You will provide an effective end-to-end recruitment support across a broad spectrum of functions, in both the UK and Western Europe.
This will be a hands on role across all activities ranging from administrative activities through to interviewing candidates, managing recruitment suppliers & advising Hiring Managers
This is a great role for either agency recruiters looking to get out of a KPI driven sales environment, or Internal Recruiters looking for progression and the opportunity to work in a global pharmaceutical company.
Summary

* Provide a full end-to-end recruitment service through continuous interaction with HR, hiring managers and other colleagues
* Organising interviews / assessment centres and scheduling them in recruitment systems
* Internal and external advertising of positions both internally & externally, including relevant communications through email, intranet and internet applications
* Supporting or leading recruitment projects such as improvement of processes or resources for both local and EMEA
* Advise hiring managers and HR colleagues on the most appropriate hiring strategy for recruitment campaigns for which the Advisor is responsible
* Providing support to hiring managers during the producing or updating of Job & Person Specifications
* Liaising with internal and direct candidates throughout the process
* Management of the agency suppliers including releasing of vacancies, running vacancy briefings, management of the recruitment process, supporting supplier reviews & providing regular vacancy status updates.
* CV screening and the collation of applications for short listing.

Key Skills
* Demonstrable experience of recruiting for business functions e.g Head Office, Technical, Manufacturing
* Ability to handle a high volume of vacancies, with the view to progress into project based work in the future
* A diligent and flexible approach
