Lucy Stendall is recruiting for an Investigator Initiated Trials Administrator to join a biopharmaceutical company at their site based in Uxbridge on a contract basis for 12 months initially.

The main purpose of the role will be to
* Transfer of existing paper Investigator Initiated Trials (IIT) files to the electronic repository (e.g. SharePoint)
* Assist in the maintenance of electronic folders as repositories for all relevant IIT documents.
* Preparation and storage of electronic IIT documents.
* Ensure accurate and accessible storage of IIT documents.
* Process drug orders, resolve queries, and associated admin, including temperature excursions
* Order metrics for monthly IR meetings and drug expiry date alerts
* IDOS account administration
* Investigator Brochure distribution
* Monthly IR meeting administration
* Adherence to all relevant WPs/SOPs for all aspects of the role.
* Prepare and track confidentiality disclosure agreements (CDAs) and contracts

In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Efficient and organised
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to take the initiative
* Willingness to be responsible for tasks and their own actions
* Excellent computer skills; good knowledge of MS Office and Adobe is essential
* Good interpersonal skills
