As Head of Market Access you will be responsible for the Chronic Care market access strategy to the NHS. Your role will be to keep developing the community based value propositions for the business. You will play a key role in developing market insights and positioning the value of new and current products and services with the evolving NHS covering CCG key stakeholders such as GP leads, Commissioners and Medicine management.

You will also work at a National level with key policy bodies and influence groups such NICE, Drug Tariff and NHS England to establish appropriate market access for the current and future portfolio of products. As a customer focused marketer it is expected that you will spend 25% of your time in the field to build relationships with key stakeholders. The role will in addition manage the Market Access Associate position.

You will be an experienced marketer, ideally with experience in market access. You will have to be a great communicator with excellent project management skills


Essential: Degree or equivalent

Person/Experience Required

The successful candidate will be an experienced Marketer with Market Access experience in the healthcare industry.

Experience in business development or marketing with a healthcare focus - preferably experience in dealing with NHS, e.g. procurement or CCGs

Experience of creating impactful communication materials for consumers/commissioners in the healthcare sector

Broad understanding of Health Economic principles

Proven strong strategic and analytical skills

Project Management capability
