An innovative medical device company is recruiting for a Quality and Regulatory Affairs Manager to join the team in West Sussex. This role provides the opportunity to lead the QA Department to ensure continued compliance with ISO 13485 and the Medical Device Directive (93/42/EEC) along with other relevant regulations. This position will enable you to become responsible for reporting on team and individual performance and make recommendations for future improvements as well as liaising with Senior Management accordingly. You will be required to promote continuous improvement within the company and support the development of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. To apply for this role you will need: Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or life sciences discipline; Considerable quality experience within a medical device related industry; Working experience of ISO 13485 quality systems, MDD 93/42/EEC and creating and maintaining CE technical files; Minimum Green Belt Lean Six Sigma trained with experience of implementation; and Lead Auditor.
