Marketing and Business Development Assistant | Professional Services | Luton
We are recruiting a Marketing and Business Development Assistant for this innovative and growing Professional Services firm . As a member of a small, close-knit marketing team your role will provide administrative support; preparing and distributing documents and marketing related communications, co-ordinating the attendance of staff at hospitality and networking events and carrying out event associated administrative tasks, maintaining an up-to-date Marketing Timeline and marketing database and assisting with updating content on the Firm's website and social media communications.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparing/distributing documents, e.g. marketing reports
*Administrative tasks in relation to the organisation of events, i.e. workshops and seminars
*Updating and maintaining the Firm's marketing database and Firm website,
*Production of marketing materials, including adverts, brochures, billboards and merchandise

The successful candidate will have/be
*Experience in marketing/administration or be a marketing graduate
*Enthusiastic, Resourceful
*Works well in a team as well as independently
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Good organisation and time management skills
