We have been instructed to recruit for a dynamic, leading service provider to the NHS. If you are looking to work in an innovative and driven environment as a Telesales Executive, then this position may be for you! The main purpose of the role is to seek out new business opportunities in a proactive manner & generate leads.

Ideal Candidate Background:
Pharmaceutical sales experience essential (Face to face/ telephone/ edetailing).
Preferably experience of working in a telephone based sales environment or field sales.
University degree.
Polished, articulate, organised and conscientious.
Outgoing and confident.
Positive mindset.
You will need to be an ambitious, competitive and driven.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with a high workload.

Role Responsibilities:
Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients.
Where appropriate, visiting GP practices, organising networking events and face to face meetings.
Attend medical conferences, company exhibitions, and Pharmacist forums & training events.
Build strong relationships with GP practices, CCGs and GP federations and identify potential partnership opportunities.
Identify potential opportunities. Know your market, keep up to date with market trends & share ideas/views with your peers.
Utilise inhouse CRM system to implement an account based selling approach.
Work in partnership with inhouse recruitment and mobilisation teams to ensure customers receive an excellent service experience.
