A NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor is sought after to join a leading and well-established practice in Liverpool.

On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package, which is negotiable, depending upon your previous experience.

The role

My client is a reputable law firm, which provides expertise in the following areas of law including Property, Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Conveyancing, Wills/Probate and Family Law.

This opportunity will be for working within its Clinical Negligence department in Liverpool. This team is highly regarded with expertise in dealing with the following claims to include brain injury, child birth injury, missed or delayed diagnosis, spinal injury, product liability and cosmetic surgery. In this position, you will be exposed to a variety of exceptional quality work.

As a NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will manage a full mixed caseload of litigated Clinical-Negligence files through to conclusion. Your main responsibilities will include:

· Drafting witness statements

· Instructing experts

· Instructing counsel

· Attend Court for Case Management Conferences and Application Hearings

· Negotiate settlements

· Prepare for and attend trials and mediations

· Assist colleagues in the running of higher value claims

The candidate

My client is very keen to receive applications from ambitious and motivated NQ Clinical Negligence Solicitors, with experience from a claimant background desirable. You will have undertaken a seat in Clinical Negligence during your training. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
