Kingsley is working with a fantastic firm who boast several offices nationwide and who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join the team at their Chester offices. You will be joining a team who are already well established both within the firm itself and the wider legal industry. About the role?

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Wills, Trust and Tax Solicitor with around 2 years post qualification experience, although candidates outside of this are encouraged to apply. You will ideally be STEP qualified or be committed to starting this qualification.

You will be able to run a full case load of Wills, Trust and Tax matters to include court of protection, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, wills, trusts and tax planning. Knowledge of Capital Tax would also be an advantage.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within a buoyant legal market.

The role would suit a highly motivated individual who is able to run a case load of Wills, Trust and Tax matters. The team overall specialise in protecting the assets and wealth of high net worth individuals through inheritance and capital gains tax planning, the creation and management of trusts and by the preparation of tax efficient wills.

The team include an experienced Court of Protection Deputy and Notary Public whilst the remainder of the team are either involved with STEP or ACTAPS, both of which reflect the high quality and complex work that the team undertakes for its clients.

You will also be committed to marketing and business development as well as networking events.

This is a full time permanent position based at offices in Chester. Salary is dependent on experience. The firm also offer excellent benefits and have an active social calendar.
