An award-winning Healthcare Communications agency is looking for a Senior Scientific Editor to join its Medical Education division in London. This is an exciting role within a highly reputable agency and the opportunity to work on a broad range of programmes and projects and across a variety of therapeutic areas.

You will work closely with the Scientific Services team and the wider Medical Education division to develop and deliver scientific and medical materials. You will provide editing and proofreading support on a range of materials and will be responsible for ensuring all written work is produced in accordance with stringent quality control standards and house/client style. You will be responsible for planning workload, forecasting and resourcing for editorial work and will be tasked with managing specific aspects of editorial programmes. You will be required to liaise with clients and KOLs on specific editorial aspects of projects and action requests.

To be considered for this position you must be educated to degree level in a Life Sciences subject and have solid medical/scientific editing experience gained from working in a medical education/communications agency or healthcare publishing. In addition, you must be a highly organised individual with strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail.
