JOB: TERRITORY SALES REPRESENTATIVE (Account Manager, Healthcare Sales, Community/Hospital Sales Representative, Territory Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Primary/Secondary Care Representative, Entry Level, Trainee)

ROLE:

- As an organisation, they have a strong mission statement "Making life easier". Your product portfolio enhances the lives of Patients and allows them the freedom to live their lives and not be bound by their medical condition. As Territory Manager you will be responsible for selling your portfolio of products to all relevant stakeholders in the Primary and Secondary Care settings within your defined geography
- Your aim is to create a Partnership with the NHS and Healthcare Professionals (HCP's) by offering support/education to drive the best clinical solutions and service delivery to Patients
- Working in a matrix environment, you will work closely with your Regional Business Manager, Healthcare Development Manager/Partnership Manager and Specialist Nursing Team to create and manage account specific plans to grow your business
- Your Customers will be mainly Specialist Nurses, but you will be expected to call on all stakeholders in order to grow your business.
- Offering a full sales and service proposition, you will be expected to create bespoke solutions and discuss value propositions in order to create a win:win environment for your portfolio

MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Meeting/Exceeding sales targets and associated KPIs
- Building lasting business relationships with key Clinicians in order to increase usage of your product portfolio
- Working on Tenders to win new contracts at both acute trust /hospital level
- Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to maximise impact on key Customers. Utilising the support of your Specialist Nurse Team for education needs and your NHS Liaison/Healthcare Partnership Manager for complex situations
- As Territory Manager, you are empowered to make decisions about your business, you will have the autonomy to prioritise accounts based on business need. You will create your own business and account plans and work through these to maximise all opportunities for your product portfolio

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Possess a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Demonstrable territory management skills and effective time management to maximise your impact on territory
- A strong track record of commercial success with demonstrable evidence to produce in an interview setting
- Be naturally competitive and be driven to exceed expectations
- Strong commercial acumen / Business savvy and have an entrepreneurial flair
- Creative, innovative and have a solution based approach
- Be a highly motivated self-starter
- Have strong analytical and IT skills

IDEALLY YOU WILL:

- Have a background in healthcare/pharmaceutical field sales; however, for this role we are also able to consider applications from trainee/graduate level candidates with sales experience in another sector

- Have experience of working with a broad Customer base
