Collinson Group is looking for a Senior Digital Analyst to join the business on a 6 month contract based out of our London office.

Working as part of the product team, the Senior Digital Analyst will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the current web and app data capture solutions to help Collinson Group better understand customer journeys.

This role will be looked upon to identify, recommend and drive improvements in digital analytics tools, usage, data and frameworks in order to measure product success.

Key Responsibilities:

·Take ownership of data – build and manage frameworks, own tracking specification processes, provide regular reports, insight and recommendations to the product team with the aim of using data to analyse business performance and measure product success.

·Be a key contributor in rolling out A/B testing roadmap, sharing best practices and assisting in implementing new programs.

·Analyse the customer journey in order to understand customer behaviour and use this data to optimise performance.

·Form close relationships with the business users and product owners to support their usage needs, acting as an internal consultant so that teams around the business understand the best way to harness data and make use of our tools in order to build the reports they need to self-serve and answer all business questions.

·Use experiences in the field to recommend and deliver improvements to web analytics tools, processes, implementation, reporting and usage.

·Keep up to date on developments in the industry to help drive Collinson innovation.

·Support in recommending best practice approaches to tracking user behaviour across different digital products.

Knowledge, skills & experience required:

·Strong analytical mind-set.

·High level of proficiency with Google Analytics.

·Knowledge of web basics such as HTML, JavaScript and URL structures.

·Google certified is preferable.

·Demonstrable experience in a Digital Analytics position.

·A high level of initiative and enthusiasm. Must be interested in current web trends and technologies, and can identify new digital solutions which could further improve acquisition and/or performance.

·Experience with a tag management solution in a global organisation is desirable.

·Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
