We are looking for a Current Brands Manager, to join our exciting and growing team in Bagshot.

In this role you will have the following responsibilities leading our current brands:

- Lead the development of the strategic plan in the UK for 2 of our key medicines for iron deficiency anaemia and hyperphosphataemia
- Construct and manage the annual operational plans and budgets for both products in the UK
- Ensure there is a detailed understanding of market dynamics as well as patient, prescriber and payer attitudes
- Develop detailed patient driven product forecasts for the products that can be used for planning and manufacturing purposes
- Ensure excellent communication of the UK marketing plans with the global brand team
- Work effectively with field based staff and provide high levels of responsiveness and support for our products local initiatives
- Support the development of grow and defend account strategies through innovative solutions
- Successfully manage agencies which support the UK marketing efforts and ensure the highest quality work with maximum value for money
- Provide direction, support and materials for our sales team and manage the budgets effectively

We welcome the following experience and skills for the role:

- Scientific or Economics Degree (BSc, MSc, Ph.D., Pharm. D.)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Significant experience of strategic and operation planning for GP or Hospital lead products
- Proven track record of developing and implementing UK operational plans for GP or Hospital lead brands
- Experience in defending and growing established brands
- Basic understanding of medical aspects of renal therapeutic area along with willingness to develop in-depth expertise
- Deep knowledge of the UK NHS and access requirements
- Professional level in English, both in oral and in written communications
- Excellent user of Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
