Job Description

The Business Development Director / Senior Manager will focus on winning new business through the development of strong relationships with senior business leaders.

This role is for a highly motivated sales professional who is passionate about the opportunity to make a difference to individuals and organisations through selling, training and consulting services.

The Business Development Director / Senior Manager will be selling a proven world-class people development approach which has been successful in many countries. For those sales professionals who need to believe in what they sell, you can have absolute confidence that the Gober Method works, with multiple case studies demonstrating measureable success.

The Successful Applicant

The Business Development Director / Senior Manager will be a determined and energetic self-starter, driven by a desire to exceed their sales targets in a business to business environment; and enthused by the results that client's achieve through the deployment of MGI products and services.

You will:

  • Have a credible approach and experience prospecting and managing C-Suite level stakeholders.
  • Have a demonstrable track record of profitable sales growth with a strong professional network.
  • Be commercially focused, with excellent analytic and forecasting skills.
  • Ideally have a background in a related discipline to facilitate detailed understanding of business challenges for effective positioning of MGI products and services. For example, a background in HR or L&D.
  • Be a self-starter: Able to generate new business with minimal supervision and taking ownership of the sales cycle.
