An innovative Pharmaceuticals company are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide end-to-end recruitment support across a range of verticals.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pharmaceuticals Recruiter to step into an in-house role, where they will work closely with key stakeholders and lead forward-thinking recruitment projects.

Responsibilities:

- Advise and support stakeholders through the recruitment cycle

- Lead recruitment campaigns across a range of verticals

- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external recruitment partners

- Schedule and coordinate interviews

- Regularly produce emails and letter to candidates, internal and external partners

- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment and wider HR team

- Ongoing improvement of recruitment tools and processes

- Various project-work

Qualifications / Requirements:

- Substantial recruitment experience, either working for a staffing consultancy or as part of an internal recruitment function

- Experience working in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals or related industries

- Experience hiring across a range of functional areas (Clinical, Technical, Scientific, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance etc.)
