Heelis is the Central Office for the National Trust; it was named after one of the Trust’s biggest benefactors Mrs William Heelis, There are approximately 500 staff from across the Trust’s directorates, including the Executive team and the Director General, are based here.

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for leading the IT transition and the operational support of IT systems servicing the Trust’s Finance functions. The role includes the implementation and management of IT change, release, disaster recovery planning and operational excellence ensuring best practice is applied to the systems in your scope.

Who we're looking for

    Excellent working knowledge of finance solutions, ideally Agresso.First-rate communications skills with a range of audiences both IT and functionalProven experience of delivering support services to agreed SLA’sExperience of ITIL services in large or complex IT operations organisationsExperience of working in a similar matrix management environment
