Job Title: QUALITY ASSURANCE AUDITOR / QUALITY ASSURANCE

Location: Office Based: WEST LONDON, MIDDLESEX

COMPANY:

- An expanding company who specialise in the supply and sourcing of pharmaceutical products for the use in clinical trials
- Having recently moved premises, this is an exciting and dynamic time to join the company in a key role within the Quality Assurance Department

ROLE:

- As Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be working closely with the Quality Assurance Manager in all areas involving Company audit
- All company procedures are carried out under robust SOP's which are reviewed on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance and best practice
- These SOP's cover all activities in the warehouse, office and logistics operations

MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To assist the Quality Assurance Manager in the following duties: - Ensuring company-identified self-inspection audits are carried out in a timely manner
- Delivering quality-related training to employees
- Maintaining the company QMS
- Ensuring administrative needs of the department are completed in a timely manner
- Identifying training needs during deviation, closing out deviations and following up on corrective and preventative actions
- Ensuring change within the company is controlled and completed by all stakeholders
- Conduct reviews of changes implemented and feedback to Quality Assurance Manager with findings
- Auditing of internal departments to ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice and the department's own Working Instructions
- Any tasks needed to maintain our accreditation status; or to meet the standards required by the company
- Production of audit reports
- Additional duties which may be reasonably required from time to time by company managers, including delegated duties during the absence of colleagues

- You will be able to identify potential quality issues or risks, as well as mitigating factors
- Identification of methods of improvement

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience working in a quality role (food industry, automobile or pharmaceutical industry)
- Experience working with QMS and ISO
- Strong communication skills
- Numerical and Literacy skills
- Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
- Good understanding of Root Cause Analysis
- Good understanding of CAPA
- Able to work alone and as part of a team
- Have strong time management skills and able to manage multiple projects
- Be creative and innovative in your ideas
