Are you currently working in a Bid Manager role but starting to think about your next opportunity? If so, Hudson is working with a Professional Services firm in Leeds who are looking to expand the team and recruit a Bid Manager. Working as part of a large national team, you will be responsible for project managing large and strategically important bids. The client will consider experience from all industry sectors and training will be provided.

Working closely with the marketing and business development team and partners, you will take ownership of a number of high value bids and help drive best practice to maximise success. The ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines is essential, along with strong people management and commercial skills.

In this key role you will manage the bid qualification process, ensure each bid is in line with the firm strategy, contribute to the written content, work closely with the design team, manage the budget and undertake the post bid review.
