This role is responsible for maximising the utilisation of the CRM Platform (currently Oracle Responsys), and proactively increasing our capacity to deliver innovative, personalised multi-channel marketing programmes that build out customer experiences that delight customers and increase our profitability. While the CRM platform will be the core area of focus for this role, exposure into other marketing systems including web behaviour and single customer views will be required.Responsibilities ·Using template/workflow aspects of the CRM solution, you will assemble campaigns, which include AB and multivariate tests, using assets provided from design and marketing teams.
- Be responsible for the implementation of personalised multi-channel and international marketing programmes Configure the CRM Platform to enable the creation of self-service campaigns and deliver through to executionWork with IT / marketing / ecommerce to support initiatives within River Island which have a data component, ensuring the CRM platform utilises new capabilities and drive projects forwardMaintain a high-level view of all integrations and architecture of the CRM platform, ensuring technical modifications are made to ensure the platform is efficient and improvingStay abreast of improvements with the various platform providers and within the marketing automation industry, ensuring new technology solutions are considered and actively reviewing River Island's use of the CRM platform to maximise utilisation.
