Birmingham Based Contracts Manager - Cleaning / Offices

Client Details

My client a large and very well established cleaning company is seeking a Branch Manager for their Birmingham Office.


You will report into the Regional Manager and Directors and you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of service and profit targets through your own region. This company work predominantly on office cleaning.

You will manage and develop your Area Supervisors providing support and training where required.

This role requires someone who can demonstrate successful management ability and is capable of quoting and costing new business to promote the growth of the region.


You must have management experience in a similar role within the cleaning industry and have experience of quoting and costing new work.

The ideal candidate will hold a full car driving licence, as this role does require extensive travel across the branch portfolio of clients

You must be IT literate and be able to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint

A typical week will be 2-3 days out of the office visiting clients, supporting supervisors etc. Candidates who can demonstrate a background in winning work will be at a distinct advantage.
