This new role is a key hire for our client at a time of concentrated growth and investment. With solid PLC backing, they are a small, brilliantly staffed brand strategy and innovation consultancy based in Central London that works with established international brands in sectors that are being disrupted by new technology and new players. They help ambitious businesses create brands and experiences that people love but never expected. Their specialist offer revolves around how they engage with a client’s customers - they’ll text them, they’ll go to bars with them, they’ll spend time with them using the device or service, so that how customers interact with a brand is placed in the context of their lives.

This role has been created to support their next phase of growth in Europe and North America. You will be building a business development function and taking ownership of key marketing investments to support new client acquisition. Experience in dealing with C-suite and senior brand decision makers is essential and you will be familiar with the innovation lifecycle and the pipeline of creative processes and consultancy opportunities that exist within it. A natural networker, you will be resourceful, innately commercial and will relish the opportunity to take ownership of this challenge.
