Part Time Bookkeeper & Accounts/Office Manager
We are an innovative toy manufacturer & distributor based in Wimbledon Park, SW19. We're looking for a bookkeeper to work part time (approx. 4 hours per day) 5 days a week.
Hours can be within school hours and are subject to a degree of flexibility. There is a possibility of occasional home working during school holidays.
Previous Accounts / Finance / Accountancy/PAYE experience is essential as the role brings responsibility for running the day to day finances of the business. Knowledge of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet is helpful alongside an appreciation of cashflow management and foreign currency transactions.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, responsibilities will include;
Managing the Order Book and co-ordinating with dispatch teams / Sales Ledger / Purchase Ledger / BACS payments / Period End Reconciliations / Payroll / Management & Sales Reporting.
The role also includes some office manager duties including ordering stationery and booking travel arrangements.
