This well established and exceptional profit making FinTech has carved out a very strong position in a niche and profitable sector. Having just taken on a new, big hitting CMO they are changing the focus of the business from being technically brilliant to also being marketing led.
This is a global role which is responsible for the design, planning and implementing of integrated marketing communications, leading the transformation of communications to both a B2B and consumer audience. The role is responsible for the brand quality at every touch point with specific areas of responsibility including press relations, analyst relations, digital and social media. You will be a key member of the marketing leadership team and will establish processes and the operating model to deliver on major communication objectives: transforming the company to be a thought leader in the FinTech space; winning business with new and existing clients in a b2b context; educating the consumer on their shopping experience.
To succeed in this role you will have an exceptional track record of delivering marketing communications to multiple audiences, corporate, b2b and consumer, ideally gained in the financial or tech sectors. You will have a hands on style of working and will be highly literate in PR and Social Media with working knowledge of all digital channels. You will be a powerful communicator, highly analytical, commercially strong and with a logical approach. Your stakeholder management skills will be necessary in your regular contact with the C-Suite.
