As the UK's largest Retail and Commercial bank, Lloyds Banking Group has a big responsibility to support the UK economy and help it prosper.

Whilst our 30m customers have the option to choose a range of technologies for their banking needs there is an ever-present need for us to be vigilant - especially from the threats of fraud via contactless or chip and pin debit /credit cards.

And it's the role of a niche engineering team within Group IT whose role matters in ensuring our key fraud detection and verification systems protect customers.

We're using the latest and most sophisticated version of Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, namely Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) to drive the IAM strategy across the Group.

And with changes in the regulation of the Banking sector such as PSD2 (along with over 40% of the UK's domestic payments passing through our systems) there couldn't be a better time for you to join us and experience these fascinating challenges first hand.

Together we make it possible.

As a professional with experience of IAM systems we'll be looking for you to have had experience of using OIM and its capabilities.

Ideally, you'll be a visionary, capable of true blue-sky thinking to link OIM and emerging technologies together to keep us at the cutting edge of the IAM space. Additional appreciation of the wider security and fraud industry drivers would be of benefit along with strong project/programme management skills.

Ideally you'll also have knowledge of key IAM capabilities including role-based access control (RBAC), toxic combinations and auto-service provisioning etc. used to create an enterprise-wide I&AM framework.

A consultancy background may also be of benefit.

In return we'll be able to offer you an agile environment that strives to get a work/life balance to suit you, investment in some of the best technologies around and a commitment to your career development.

We'll also offer you a performance-related annual share award of 15%, a generous pension scheme, a car/allowance and a flexible benefit package you can make work for your lifestyle.

So if protecting customers through effective access management via OIM is your area of expertise and seeing what a career with us entails then get in touch, we'd like to hear from you.
