Interim Head of Marketing
This ambitious and growing top ten accountancy and investment management firm is looking for an interim Head of Marketing to lead on the firm’s brand and communications to raise the profile of the firm and maximise business opportunities.
As Head of Marketing, this role spans all service lines of the firm across the tax and advisory services and investment management. Leading the firm’s marketing function, you will be responsible for managing the “one firm brand strategy” that resonates externally and internally. Working closely with the senior management team, you will ensure that the marketing strategy underpins the firm’s vision and values. As head of the central marketing team, you will ensure the team supports the rest of the business in meeting their growth objectives through advertising, PR, digital, publications and events. For the financial services side of the business, you will ensure that all marketing activity and client communications comply with industry regulations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive, senior level, marketing experience and demonstrate the ability to create innovative marketing campaigns that reflect industry trends. You must have experience of operating in the highly regulated financial services arena. Team management is essential, along with the ability to engage with the most senior of stakeholders, influence change and be a strategic planner whilst still enjoying some operational delivery.
