I am now recruiting for a fantastic opportunity for a Banking Associate or Senior Associate to join a Top 50, International firm at their office in Central London. The salary and benefits package is competitive and negotiable dependent on experience.

The Banking team at this heavyweight firm acts on behalf of national and international clients across many sectors and their clients include national retailers, international finance houses, national banks and many other well-known, household names. Their Banking and Finance team is consistently ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners. Joining this market-leading team you will be working alongside some of the best handling high quality and high-profile work.

The successful candidate will advise and support the Partners across the Banking and Finance team as well as handling your own caseload. You will be involved in business development supporting the continued growth and success of the team. It is essential that you have strong technical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to maintain and develop client relationships. You will advise on matters relating to asset-based lending, bank lending acting for both lenders and borrowers, refinancing and restructuring and general banking transactions. Matters are usually complex and can span different jurisdictions worldwide.

Applications are invited from ambitious Banking Associates or Senior Associates who have at least 5 years PQE who have experience of a wide range of banking and finance work. You should have a proven track and be working on similar big-ticket transactions in your current role.
