COMPANY:
This opportunity is within an global pharmaceutical organisation that gives you the ownership for your business on territory. You will be selling your portfolio of products to key Healthcare Professionals in both the Primary and Secondary care settings. You will have the ability to manage your area and prioritise based on business need, this will involve key account management and developing relationships with all levels of customer including (but not limited to) Hospital Doctors, GPs, Pharmacists, Nurses, CCG leads.

MAIN ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
* Driving sales and market share of your portfolio across your territory
* Developing on-going relationships with key clinicians
* Delivering quarterly and annual territory targets in line with company expectations
* Manage and develop your territory and ensure sales targets are achieved through optimal product positioning
* Maximising prescribing opportunities in your health economy and creating clinical and commercial demand through appropriate prioritisation of decision makers within your key accounts.
* Involved in formulary process as required
* Managing your area based on priorities as they arise

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
Proven track record of sales success in a field based role either in medical sales or another sector
* A positive approach with the passion and drive to succeed
* A strong work ethic motivated by challenge
* A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
* As an entry level candidate you MUST have fully researched the role and todays NHS environment (including the structure/organisation, priorities and networks)

IDEALLY YOU WILL:
* Have the ABPI or be working towards it
* Be educated to a minimum of 'A' level standard
* Live on territory
