JOB: TERRITORY SALES MANAGER (Territory Manager, Medical Sales Representative, Account Manager)

TERRITORY: OXFORDSHIRE, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, BERKSHIRE

OVERVIEW:

- You will be working within a dynamic multi-faceted healthcare organisation who have market leading brands within their portfolio
- They develop healthcare solutions within the UK and globally that truly make a difference to Patients lives - from next generation diagnostics to trusted medicines that help people of all ages stay healthy and active
- Diabetes is a 'hot topic' for today's NHS due to the prevalence of the condition, according to recent Diabetes UK figures over three million people are living with diabetes in England alone
- All these Patients require lifelong care and this particular organisation are working closely with the NHS in both the Primary and Secondary settings, with an innovative portfolio of products which empowers Patients to manage and monitor their own condition

ROLE:

- Within this Territory Management role, you will be responsible for calling on various levels of specialist Customers including: GP's, Practice Nurses, Diabetes Specialist Nurses (Both Community & Secondary care), Consultants and any other key stakeholders in the treatment of Patients with diabetes including payor level as required
- This role reports directly to a Regional Sales Manager and you will have the support of a Healthcare Partnership Manager/Healthcare Development Manager
- You will work closely with your accounts to ensure that you become partner of choice offering solutions that go beyond just the product!
- Your portfolio also includes 'value added' training, education and support

MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Driving sales and usage of your portfolio through all accounts whilst achieving all metrics i.e. SvT, ROI, market share growth etc
- Working cross-functionally to maximise all business opportunities with both internal & external Customers
- Becoming a therapy area and product expert for your Customers
- Territory and Account Management
- Identification and implementation of projects
- Building relationships with key healthcare professionals to maximise your business
- Creating and optimising Key Opinion Leaders for your brands
- Business planning and management of territory budget based on ROI and based on priorities as they arise
- Involved in formulary process as required

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in a medical / healthcare or pharmaceutical sales role on this territory
- Educated to Degree level
- A positive approach with the passion and drive to succeed
- A strong work ethic motivated by challenge
- A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
