You will be working as part of the Data Services team, taking the leadfrom the CRM Application Architect and will work on the analysis,development, implementation & support (3rd tier) of ourmulti-channel marketing solutions - delivering robust, easy to use andscalable tools to the Ticketmaster International business (B2C) and ourclients (B2B). Analysis and development of the Ticketmaster multi-channel marketingapplication stacks Contribute to the technical relationship with marketing vendors toensure our needs and requirements are met by their application portfolioand proactively direct, where appropriate, to ensure the best solution With support from senior team members, break down use cases and userstories created by Product Managers to technical tasks and ensureproduct functionality is delivered to agreed specification andcollaborate with Project Managers to ensure delivery is within time lines Where applicable, with the CRM Application Architect, clearlycommunicate to all stakeholders the various solutions available to meetrequirements stating benefits and drawbacks Manage change to the platform and environment; understand the impactof the change on the business and how it would be best implemented Deliver scalable, performant and secure enhancements to the productset and support the smooth delivery of these by working with and tocompany & security standards Ensure solutions are developed and tested to the agreedspecifications and acceptance criteria Execute development within the SDLC for the CRM Marketing application stack Provide guidance on levels of UAT that need to be executed by users Performance monitoring, analysis and recommendation of remedial options Ensure CRM operational processes, such as the rollout and on-goinguse of these tools, are robust, durable and effective Provide environment management and monitor operations in workinghours; out of standard hours 2nd tier technical support in case ofexceptional issue / support for planned maintenance Be able and willing to flex on demand based upon business priorities Job Requirements: Role success criteria: Proactively support applications and environments to ensure the bestpossible service to the users Key Performance Indicators will include: Deployment of robust, performant scalable and operationally efficientsolution architecture and high quality development to SDLC and company standards Decrease in the number of business disruptions for markets andclients, through the driving of improvements to SFMC architecture,platforms and operational processes Contribute to a culture of trust, open communication and sharing ofideas between architecture, development and operational teams Work collaboratively with all stakeholders Continuously focus on pace of change, service protection and business value Technical requirements: Good RDBMS and SQL skills, coding efficiently to manipulate large datasets Data modelling skills, both normalised and dimensional (ideally Kimball) Good communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate withbusiness users Good analytical and problem-solving ability Ability to understand and respond to user needs in rapidly changing environments Knowledge of process analysis and documentation through wireframes/workflows Knowledge of an e-commerce environment with an understanding of email marketing Understanding and appreciation of application support understandinghow the product is being used and where it meets and fails user andbusiness requirements An understanding of API based services and how utilised in a dataprocessing environment Ability to deliver technical workshops and presentations A good understanding of IT infrastructure and technologies, ideallyAWS, such as network design, protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP etc.) Clear and concise technical writing skills Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent in a technicaldiscipline and fluent in English To apply for the Associate CRM Application Developer/Analyst (SQL,RDBMS, Kimball, CRM) role, please click the Apply now button. - provided by Dice AWS, B2B, B2C, CRM, DATA MODELLING, DEGREE, DNS, NETWORK DESIGN, RDBMS, SAP CRM, SMTP, SQL
