Required Technical Skills

As a Managed Service Provider working with multiple clients, they utilise different technologies and therefore require an engineer with a broad spectrum of technical skills. Below are the core requirements, however, your capabilities will be adaptive and grow beyond these;

- Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2016
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 / 2007 / 2010 / 2013 / 2016
- Microsoft SQL Server 2005 / 2008 / 2012 / 2014 / 2016
- Microsoft Office 365
- VMware ESX and virtualisation
- HP & Cisco managed switches, routers & firewalls
- Network security solutions & support - AV, 2FA, Encryption
- Knowledge on cloud technologies - Azure, AWS
- Disaster Recovery solutions
- Data Backups management
- IP Services (DHCP, DNS, VPN)
