Senior HRIS Analyst Developer - Job descriptionDo you want to have a broader involvement across a range of HR ITsystems to build on your technical expertise? Is this you?At the BGL Group, we're a digitally advancing organisation and investingheavily in our business and people capability strategy which includesthe provision of robust HR IT systems.Our HR systems estate is broad anddiverse to include Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruitment, TalentManagement, Payroll, Rewards and Benefits, and more.This isn't a typical HR data and reporting analyst role, you'll be moreinvolved in designing and building technical solutions, as you'll ownthe entire customisation library, including (but not limited to)reports, extracts, workflows, fast formulae and templates. You'll alsoapply and create relevant and appropriate governance to includedocumentation of design specs and test scripts. Within your remit you'll also develop and support inherited customcomponents, including system security models and you'll maintain anddevelop HR business intelligence, including self service capability viaOracle BI.What will it take?Our requirements are for a technical enthusiast with the aptitude forprogramming (especially with SQL server) to support with configuring,developing and unit testing systems. Your appreciation for HRterminology and operations combined with your experience as asystems/technical analyst is the best place to start. Exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM or equivalent would be a distinctadvantage; however, any other HR system experience and third partysupplier management would position you strongly for success in thisrole.
