We currently have opportunities aligned to our Newcastle Delivery Centre or our Health and Public Service workforce, depending upon your skills and industry experience you would be aligned to the most appropriate role if successful at interview.

If you join our Health & Public Service technology delivery team you’ll be delivering the innovation that helps our clients achieve high performance. Accenture is currently working on a number of large Health & Public Service programmes across a variety of clients and is seeking to grow our H&PS team in the UK with bright, experienced, technology-savvy individuals

What responsibilities will you have?

  • Working with the client, coach and co-ordinate a team of developers to implement packages of work
  • Facilitate planning from the outset and during sprints and releases etc.
  • Facilitate scrum activities (i.e. daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions etc.)
  • Communicating progress and updates to teams and stakeholders
  • Governance, assurance and adherence to agile principles (including best practice and standards)
  • Maintain essential project documentation and assist product owners in refining the product backlog
  • Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution


What skills & experience are we looking for?

  • Large scale Agile environment experience desirable
  • Scrum Master Accreditation
  • Experience in project planning and leading teams
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in working in a client facing environment
