Territory Manager - Continence Care (East Midlands / East Anglia)

Our client is a highly regarded medical device company that specialise in the Chronic Care marketplace. They have developed a niche within the marketplace and have exiting growth plans for the next few years.

As the company move into the next phase of their growth strategy, the company are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Territory Manager to work covering their Continence Care portfolio across the East Midlands / East Anglia territory

Your customers will be mainly Continence Care advisors and Specialist Nurses, but you should be able to identify other customer groups that are important to your business across the wider NHS.

As the position will be very visible within the wider business, you will need to be a strong planner and have good business and project management skills and also bring a strong clinical and commercial understanding to the role.

The ideal team and company fit will be someone who is pro-active, with a can-do attitude and passionate about the healthcare market and customer base. You will also have an ability to work in partnership with customers at all levels and be solution-orientated. The company are keen to appoint a highly motivated and energetic individual who has the potential to work their way up the business.
