Engineer III Networks required by a Fortune 500 fuel logistics company! The Engineer III - Networks role is part of the regional corporateInformation Technology services team and helps maintain the production,disaster recovery, regional data-centers and lab systems as part of aglobal team for the entire organization. The Engineer must volunteerideas, share technical information and manage projects with the team andactively mentor team members and provide collaborative cross training.The Engineer is expected to resolve issues efficiently, professionally,and in compliance with our established corporate computer standards andprocedures. The role requires collaborating with other technical networkengineers, working side-by-side on projects, tasks, and support issues. The IT Operations department at World Fuel Services is responsible formanaging and maintaining high levels of availability of all LAN, WAN,Voice and Video infrastructure services used by employees worldwide. The Engineer III role will be responsible for all of the networkinginfrastructure, and will report up to the IT Operations Manager EMEA inLondon, working closely and aligned to the Global Network team locatedin Miami. Key Responsibilities: End to end implementation from design, project management through toadministration of typical enterprise network technologies (i.e. VPN,firewalls, ACS, IDS, SIEM, WiFi, Switches, cloud technologies such asZscaler, UCaaS, etc Required demonstrable expertise in the following technologies and protocols: o Cisco Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers, ACS, Prime, IOS o Next generation firewalls such as Fortinet o Load Balancers such as Citrix NetScalers o WAN accelerator devices o DNS, EIGRP, BGP,OSPF, Spanning Tree, IPSec, Tunnels, ACLs, WANacceleration, traffic shaping, QoS Public SSL Certificates Management, including Multi-Domain SSLCertificates (Unified Communications Certificates) Variety of network topologies (i.e. MPLS, VPN, VLAN, etc) General expertise on Symantec DLP or other DLP solutions Highly experienced on Cisco, Arista, Dell and other major networking solutions General expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions as well as office movesplanning and execution Domains and DNS Management PERSON SPECIFICATION: Minimum education and experience: Around eight years of experience in enterprise network environment Bachelor degree in engineering, information technology, or relateddiscipline (significant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree) Expert in industry best practices for network security and design Excellent at diagnostic and problem resolution Highly organized and able to work across technical discipline teamsand carriers Highly creative and innovative technologist that thrives in a team environment Excellent verbal communications and written documentation skills are required Desired skills and certifications: Active Cisco CCNA/CCNP certifications or equivalent experience is preferred Active Cisco Voice Specializations is a plus Masters degree is preferred - provided by Dice BGP, CCNA, CCNP, CISCO, CITRIX, CLOUD, DEGREE, DISASTER RECOVERY, DNS, EIGRP, FIREWALL, IOS, IPSEC, LAN, LOGISTICS, MPLS, OSPF, PROJECT MANAGEMENT, RISK MANAGEMENT, SSL, VLAN, VPN, WAN, WIRELESS
