I am currently seeking experienced HTA professionals with the enthusiasm, vision and flexibility required to play a key role as part of leading biotech company

Responsibilities:

- Lead on HTA/HE submissions within the UK & Ireland (NICE, SMC, AWMSG and NCPE)
- Provides expert advice on HEOR and HTA submissions methods, clinical development needs, real world data development and analysis, regulatory issues and access. Identifies important trends and anticipates future changes and their impact on HTAs & HEOR and access strategies
- Proactively works with the UK & Ireland VD & A and develops high level KOL and external payer influencer relationships to help develop effective research and access strategies
- Ensure HTA requirement is built in including RWE, analysis, studies...etc needed to submit a final HTA dossier.

Qualifications and experience:

- Scientific degree in health science, economics, and/or social science or equivalent
- Experience with the HTA systems in the UK & Ireland including previous submissions to any of them (NICE, SMC, AWMSG and NCPE)
- Project management and organisational skills
- Track record of strong liaisons with international thought leaders in the area of HTA and/or HE & OR
- Knowledge of the drug development & commercialization process, HTA assessment methodologies, UK & Ireland reimbursement environment, and regulatory requirements
- Understands the factors driving market access and how HEOR evidence can support access decisions
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and competitors (their strategy, drug discovery, the drugs, CR&D, outcomes research and marketing)
- Knowledge of healthcare systems of the UK & Ireland and NHS
