Digital Operations Improvement Manager

As Operational Improvement Manager on one of the core digital propositions you'll be responsible for the continuous improvement of processes to optimise the delivery of digital enhancements. You'll be responsible for the effective mapping of processes to identify where efficiencies can be achieved and where wastage is currently occurring. You'll have a constant focus on delivering what's best for the customer in a manner that's as streamlined and effective for the business as possible. Not only will you identify the improvements but you'll have day-to-day management responsibility for the team delivering the digital enhancements. ·Continuously improve processes and tools to deliver digital changes.
·Work closely with UX and analytics teams to ensure the positive impact of changes on customer experience.
·Manage team in delivering changes through the operationally sound methods identified.
·Utilise skills in process improvement, continuous improvement, lean and operational excellence.
·Specific experience in a role focused on reviewing and improving business process to enhance customer experience.
·Managed changes to processes and capable of identifying metrics to demonstrate changes.
·Digitally astute with experience working on digital enhancements, content or servicing.
·Experience in process optimisation methodology such as lean, JIT, etc would be advantageous.
