About the SEO Account Manager role

Off the back of some enviable client wins, our client is looking for a talented SEO specialist to join the agency on its successful growth path. You'll be part of a team delivering award-winning digital campaigns to a range of global technology accounts.

As the resident SEO guru, this role is perfect for someone who is passionate about driving positive engagement through digital channels. You’ll use your excellent SEO and WordPress skills, along with a positive approach to problem solving, to create stand-out digital marketing campaigns that will wow the agency’s clients.

And you must have the passion, infectious energy and restless curiosity that made our client the agency it is today.

Your responsibilities as SEO Account Manager

In this role as SEO Account Manager, you will run technical SEO audits on websites (internal and for clients), work with SEMrush, Moz and Google Analytics. You will use these audits to solve any problems, whether on your own or by guiding a development team.

The skills you'll bring to the SEO Account Manager role

As SEO Account Manager, you will perform keyword research and will be relied upon to identify areas that require on-site improvements in site structure, internal linking or content. You will also apply on-page optimisation by uploading new content and adding page titles, meta descriptions and image alt tags.

You will also be responsible for PPC campaign management, and have experience in the development and support of WordPress sites. You will need to have a basic understanding of UX, as well as CSS, HTML, PHP & JavaScript.

It would also be useful if you have an understanding of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot etc.

Ideally you will have worked in a marketing agency before.
