We are looking to recruit a Marketing Retention Manager with a specialist focus on Customer Retention for a large B2C client who are looking to grow their membership base.

Responsibilities:-

Fact-finding

*Works with Marketing, Agencies & Internal Stakeholders to surface existing communications to 'On-going' Customers.
*Creates a stakeholder group together to evaluate these communications and their efficiency.


Implementation

*Creates a revitalised communications map for 'On-going' Customers
*Creates a valued stakeholder group to ensure alignment across the Organisation
*Uses data and understanding of segmentation to profile existing customers into retention segments.
*Works with Campaign teams & Agencies to overlay Retention communication with existing medias & creative plans to improve efficiency
*Works with Data and Analytics to & Internal Stakeholders to analyse impact of new retention communications surface existing communications to 'On-Going' Customers.


Innovation

*Uses expertise to develop a Loyalty programme that provides incremental value to The Organisation and to our customers.
*Briefs and delivers compelling retention communications taking into account the implications of GDPR



Experience Required:

oCan prove a deep understanding of Retention practice in the context of a Media and Creative led Marketing Department
oUnderstands technical delivery systems for E-mail and Loyalty communications
oUnderstands Media Planning and Buying & can add value in the planning of 'In- funnel' communications that will influence existing customers
oCan work with complex stakeholder groups and has strong, authoritative communication style.
