JOB: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AMBASSADOR (Technical Sales Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, Medical Laboratory Ambassador, Customer Experience Representative)

TERRITORY: MIDLANDS / NORTHERN ANGLIA (Includes: Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, North Birmingham, Peterborough, Kings Lynn and Norwich)

ROLE:

- Working in a complex Customer environment as Ambassador for your brands, you are responsible for the overall Customer experience including managing and extending Customer relationships to increase product usage within accounts
- Working in a technical environment, as part of the Customer Service delivery, you will be involved with accounts who currently have managed service agreements in place as well as lapsed accounts with the view to maintain, retain and win new business
- As part of the account management/retention process you will undertake regular review meetings with key stakeholders and manage any issues which arise
- Monitoring the service level agreements and associated agreed KPI's
- This role also sits within the contract renewal team, so your inside knowledge of the accounts is invaluable to the process and value proposition
- Working closely with the Sales Representative, you will drive profitability and value within each of your accounts
- This is a permanent headcount opportunity

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong track record in the diagnostic industry
- A proven track record in a similar position supported by management and Customer references
- Commercial/Sales experience in the diagnostics arena
- Excellent product and industry knowledge
- Strong understanding of key stakeholders and Customer dynamics
- Strong relationship building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify and drive resolution of issues
- Drive, tenacity, determination

IDEALLY YOU WILL:

- Be educated to Degree level (or equivalent) - ideally engineering, medical, electrical, medical technology or life sciences related - although this will be superseded by commercial experience in a laboratory setting
- Be Customer centric and able to think quickly on your feet in order to problem solve and offer bespoke solutions to issues as they arise
